Inpulza LLC (“Inpulza”, “we”, “us”) is a remote digital marketing agency based in Miami, Florida, serving clients across the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit inpulza.com or engage our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries and deliver our services.
- Contact details you submit through forms or email: name, company, email address, phone number and the message you send us.
- Project information shared during engagements: brand assets, analytics access, account credentials when strictly required, and content you provide.
- Usage data collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city/region), device type, browser and timestamps.
- Chatbot conversations with our Gemini-powered assistant, used to answer questions and improve the experience.
How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries, proposals and onboarding requests.
- Provide, maintain and improve our marketing services.
- Send service-related communications and, only with your consent, occasional newsletters.
- Measure site performance and improve content using aggregated analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Legal bases
Where applicable (e.g. for EU/UK visitors), we process personal data under the following bases: your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the agency, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect your data:
- Hosting and infrastructure (Replit, Neon).
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4 — IP anonymization enabled).
- Email and productivity (Google Workspace).
- AI features (Google Gemini API for the on-site chatbot).
- Payment processors when invoicing clients.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Our vendors may process data in the United States and other countries. When personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on the safeguards provided by each vendor (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Contact form messages are typically retained for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting laws (generally 7 years in the US).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do neither).
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@inpulza.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, access controls, vetted vendors) to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
